DWELL: 321 WEST 136TH STREET STABLE HOUSE
New on the market is a unique stable house that has been converted into a home just east of Edgecombe Avenue for the asking of $2.65 million. Number 321 West 136th Street has been in the same family for 40 years and consist of two modest size buildings on a 25-foot-wide lot with a private driveway. This 2-family home has a lot of charm on the outside but there are no photos of the interior so it is hard to tell if any original details remain within. We do like this section of Central Harlem by St. Nicholas Park and better businesses are just starting to appear in the area. More on the broker site: LINK
