REVIVE: ACTIVITY AT 1992 MADISON
It now looks like the abandoned corner brownstone at 1992 Madison Avenue will finally be restored. We walked by East 127th Street yesterday and saw plywood up with permits posted out front. The 2-family home had been listed for $3.2 million earlier on in the year and it appears that a developer has some major plans set in motion. DOB permits show that the townhouse will now be converted into 4 units but it is still not clear if this will be a rental or condo building. Read more about 1992 Madison in our past post: LINK
