DWELL: 16 WEST 130TH STREET REDUCED
Number 16 West 130th Street arrived on the market earlier in the year of $4.3 million and now has just been reduced to $3.995 million. As mentioned previously, the gut renovated, single-family house on Astor Row has one of the more hight-quality renovations that we have seen in recent years and is close to all that is happening on the commercial corridor of Lenox Avenue. This famous block has improved quite a bit in the past decade but there are still a few shells on both sides of the street which are now finally starting to be renovated. With that said, Whole Foods will be opening soon close by on 125th Street so a record sale here might just make sense. More details on Streeteasy: LINK
