Bobby Flay just wrapped up filming the Food Network episode of "Island Flavors, City Cooks" at Mobay a couple of weeks ago. Shot live at the restaurant, this show is part of a series of programs that the Food Network has cooked up to showcase the culinary diversity of Harlem.
