NY1 - City accepting proposals for Harlem's La Marqueta
The NY1 video shows the many sides of the fight to help La Marqueta become a valid cultural institution once more. Last month, the cities Economic Development Corporation asked for the public's take on what the new designs for La Marqueta might look like but nothing has been shown as of this point.
