Seeing this West Harlem restaurant's awning that touted Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine in one place made us skeptical about Saga in the beginning. Then one recent rainy evening, too tired to go to the Vietnamese row on Baxter Street in Chinatown, we felt Saga beckon for a try. Surprisingly, it's better than average on the Vietnamese side, and the interior decor, while not perfect, provided enough charm to put it on our list of area restaurants to revisit. We get delivery from Saga almost every week. The viet food is delicious and the sushi is great. And they are the quickest delivery guys around.
