We saw this NYC parks sign when touring Mott Haven last year and thought it was very custom-made with its New York brand of attitude. The Parks Department doesn't mince their words here when it comes to doggy messes in the South Bronx, but we haven't seen one of these signs in Manhattan yet. While certain areas are apparently worse than others in Harlem, we frankly have seen more of an issue when we used to live in the East Village.
