☞ DWELL: 167 West 126th Street Brownstone

This classic brownstone looks great, has original details on the inside and is centrally located, so what's not to like for $750K? We always wondered about this row of brownstones behind 125th Street when passing by the block between ACP/7th Avenue and Malcolm X/Lenox Avenue. This part of 125th Street has the huge government tower on the corner and, since the block has been interrupted, one can see the line of brownstones behind it. Technically, this brownstone might be facing the back side of H & M, so it's not such a disastrous view. Anyhow, the right buyer who's not so keen on a perfect vista can catch a deal with this one. The nearest subway is the 2,3 express train, which is only one block away on 125th Street.
