A brownstone that is two blocks away from Central Park, on a tree-lined street with quick access to the 2,3 express train on 125th Street, seems like a dream come true at $1.295M. What's the main issue? The bottom two floors are the owner's units, but the top floors have four rented studios with tenants in place.
