How appropriate is it that the national tour of Dreamgirls will be playing at the Apollo Theater in November? The above shot are, of course, the original girls but the musical that tells their rise to fame from singing amateurs on stage hits reality at the legendary Apollo in Harlem. The show only runs for four weeks starting with a special preview engagement on November 7th and running through December 6. Tickets can be bought on line now for the general public at the tour's website: LINK. The Apollo is also having special rates to insure that everyone in the community can see this event.
