The West Harlem Piers is Harlem's own, real life version of La Grande Jatte. The cool air has arrived but the occasional warmer day still makes it a great time of year to enjoy Harlem parks. The above photo was taken at the West Harlem Piers some times last weekend. We previously mentioned that we first saw the park before it opened to the public, exactly a year ago, at the Open House New York event.
