The asking price is a reasonable $1.49 million since this semi-detached, multi-family house house has a carriage yard to the side of it that apparently holds up to five cars. That's a pretty rare amenity to have, especially in a landmarked neighborhood. The closest subway is a five-minute walk to the 135th Street B,C at St. Nicholas, a local train.
