La Tropezienne Bakery on East Harlem's 1st Avenue is a sweet amenity for the up-and-coming neighborhood scene. Fresh baked breads, pastries, deserts and prepared sandwiches are a draw to this quiet corner of the nabe mostly known for its local latin shops.
