☞ DWELL: 2280 Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard

The six-story townhouse on the corner of ACP/7th Avenue and West 134th Street has a little bit of everything. For one, the ever-so-rare Manhattan two-car garage can be found on the building's street entrance at the 134th Street side. Then there's the three floors of commercial space that includes the storefront, the finished basement level and the second floor. The final top three floors has been split into a triplex with a baths on each floor. All the finishes are bachelor pad, ultra modern and not that inspiring for family types. Nevertheless, at 5,380 square foot of space, the asking price of $2 million might be convincing to some. There are a couple pioneering boutique shops in the area but not much else. Then again, if you have a car to park in the ground floor garage, then getting to your favorite shop shouldn't be an issue. The 2,3 express train at 135th Street is also just one block away.
