The Nourishing Kitchen of NYC and Rao's charity auction of a dinner table for four Christmas week has been picking up speed. We reported on this Ebay auction last week and it only had one bid in. The following day, five more bids took place with a total of eight bids this week. The dinner is now up to $1,028.00 with four days left. The Nourishing Kitchen helps combat hunger in New York City and also develops Junior Chef programs so that children in at risk neighborhoods can learn to cultivate healthy cooking habits.
