Following up on some past listings, we wondered how 363 West 120th Street was doing in Morningside Heights. It turns out the building was pulled from the market in the beginning of the month but apparently no contract has been signed. Crazy. That's what we paid for our 2 BR on W122nd!
Then again...Streeteasy has it marked as sold at $820,000. Anybody know the real number?
