☞ LISTEN: Ritual of lights at Riverside Church

Sunday, December 20th, 3:30 PM – 1st service, 6:00 PM.– 2nd service. The darkened nave of the Riverside Church to be Illuminated by candlelight of Riversiders at the Church's annual Candlelight Carol Festival. A true community experience, during the “Ritual of Light,” the Nave is darkened and Riversiders are encouraged to recognize in the candlelit faces of their neighbors as part of the holiday service. The Festival will also include a rainbow of Christmas music as five choirs—The Riverside Choir, Soloists, and Instrumentalists, The Riverside Chamber Singers, The Inspirational Choir, The Riverside Ringers and The Children’s and Youth Choirs—come together to perform. There will be two preludes on the Laura Spelman Rockefeller Memorial Carillon at 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. respectively.

The cost of admission to the event is $25 for general admission, $15 for seniors/students and $10 for children 12 and under.
