☞ INTRODUCING: Dinosaur's New Windows
The new Dinosaur BBQ space is coming along at a steady clip and we noticed that they installed new windows in the past week. Only a block south from the original location on 12th Avenue, the new space takes over an existing warehouse on West 125th Street in Manhattanville. We compared the new windows (center photo) with the old (last photo) and it seems some of rustic charm is being replaced by a more industrial sensibility. The interior is still a gutted wreck with exposed ceiling beams, bare walls and electrical work still not in place. At this rate, an end of January opening could happen if they start picking up speed. The closest train to this location is the 1 train at 125th Street. See the original post on Dinosaur: LINK. Apart from the good food, I think part of their success is the look and feel of the place...so, I hope that they are careful not disturb what seemed to be a winning recipe.
ReplyDeleteThough if they can get more space to stand around and wait by the take-out counter this time around, that would be awesome.
