Monday, January 11th, at 6:30 PM. CB9 Preservation Committee Meeting at Broadway Houses, 583 Riverside Drive @135th Street, 7th floor Penthouse. For those living in Morningside Height, Manhattanville and Hamilton Heights who are interested in the landmarking of P.S. 186, this is the meeting to attend.   1. The only way to save the facade is to sell to developer for luxury condos. This crap about saving it for a club which had it for 23 years is ridiculous. This is new york. Condos make sense here.

  2. Those needy children that they keep talking about are grown up and done moved out of Harlem. The boys and girls club squatted on this one and denied the community what it needed back when Harlem was really struggling. It's been 23 years of broken promises. This building needs to be given back to an organization that can restore it.
