A reader advised us to check out the company that they worked for that restores prewar buildings in Harlem to rent out. Rockledge Properties manages, renovates and rents out several buildings on Edgecombe Avenue and St. Nicholas Avenue in upper Harlem and the Washington Heights border. They seem to have an attention for detail and the rentals looks pretty decent seeing that they have been restored properly and the space to rent ratio is much better than most of Manhattan.
