☞ DWELL: 225 West 139th Street Townhouse
OPEN HOUSE: Sunday, March 7th from 12:00 - 01:30 PM. A new Strivers Row house on 225 West 139th Street (between ACP/7th and FDB/8th Avenue) is now on the market for $1.995 million. This property is on the side of the street designed by famed architects McKim, Mead and White and looks to have been renovated with above average finishes and includes original details. The house is a three family home which is not something that is all that common on Strivers Row these days. See more on the history of other properties on this landmark block in our previous post: LINK. The closest subways to this location are the B,C or 2,3 at 135th Street. Photo by Ulysses
