The article in the New York Times today on the population growth of New York City caught our attention mainly because it mentioned that only 6 percent of 2010 census forms have been mailed in thus far. We took the above photo at the Three Kings Parade in East Harlem in January and made a note to participate this year. The survey doesn't happen often so make your neighborhood count and get those questionnaires mailed right away. The deadline is April 1st so there's only a week left.
