☞ REVIVE: 2084 Fifth Avenue Revealed
It's been a little over a year now since the scaffolding went up on the brownstone at 5th Avenue between 128th and 129th Street and we noticed last week that the construction equipment finally went down. The formerly deteriorating 4-level townhouse now has a fifth floor roof addition on top along with three handsome dormer windows. As of last week, the entire facade has been painted white and new windows are in place. The door at the entrance still looks incomplete so maybe there's some work left to be had. The building is listed as church property but its unclear what the end use will be now that it has a new outlook in 2010. The closest train to this location is the 2,3 at 125th Street.
