☞ REVIVE: 205 West 119th Street Update
We saw one of those huge cranes yesterday on West 119th Street, just east of St. Nicholas, and it had us wondering what construction was being had on that particular block. Upon closer inspection, we realized that the affordable housing complex replacing one of the formerly empty lots at 205 West 119th Street was just kicking into full gear. It was only three weeks back when the foundation was in place and now it seems that the building will top off by end of April. Maybe the government should take over some of these smaller stalled projects since they seem to be the only ones that can expedite the development of a new building uptown. See what this location looked like in our past post a couple of weeks ago: LINK. Photos by Ulysses
