Thursday, April 29th, 7:00 PM at the Tribeca Film Festival. A new documentary that covers the charter school debate called The Lottery will debut at the Tribeca Film Festival tomorrow. Harlem is at the center of the charter school movement, and the film follows four local families as they apply for the lottery at the Harlem Success Academy.
