There's been quite a media blitz in all the subway stations uptown for tonight's season premier of Top Chef Masters. Harlem's own Marcus Samuelsson will be representing the Red Rooster in challenges that will pit other restaurant notables against one another to win funds for their favorite charity. The difference with this Top Chef series is that the contestants are not up-and-coming chefs but renowned professionals in their field so it's a little more interesting to see this level of expertise.
