☞ REVIVE: Signs of Life for Smaller Condos?

The small condo development on 273 West 122nd Street (at left of photo) looked like it was in limbo for the past year but when we walked by last week, there seemed to be some activity. The six story brick building, around the corner from FDB/8th Avenue, just had exposed, vacant windows with steel beams protruding from the featureless facade in the past year. Now, with a handful men currently working on the site, it seems like the balconies will finally be installed. Number 271 West 122nd Street, the neighbor to the right, has been completed for some time now but looks to be the sleeker version of the two. 3. Nice looking, glad it stays within a reasonable height for the neighbeorhood.

  4. 9:59 PM, sorry you have a low opinion of Todd Stevens, I have found him to be anything but arrogant. Otherwise, nice buildings on a really nice block.

  5. Yeah, I saw one of Todd's properties before we bought our current place. Seemed like an honest, nice enough guy.

  8. It should be noted that 271 West 122nd Street and 273 West 122nd Street are two entirely different developments: different owner, designs and designers, contractors, etc.

  9. It's so wonderful to have others sharing their thoughts that I'm honest and hard working, while I know I'm unable to make everyone happy. I think I make buyers less happy when I need to depart from one property so I may be on time for the next home. It's wonderful to have this Harlem Bespoke which seems to be the best way for Harlem residents to interact about real estate.
    Sincerely, Todd Stevens

  10. Todd sold two of my apartment and rented yet another. He is hard working, honest and humble. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
