☞ DWELL: 115 West 130th Street Brownstone
There 4 family townhouse at 115 West 130th Street, between ACP/7th and Lenox has been on the market for several months (since January) now and recently had a price reduction to $1.25 million. The 17 foot wide, Central Harlem home looks move in ready, has working fireplaces and is on a tree lined block (with a couple shells). The interior is a basic drywall and brick renovation but the back yard has a bit of character to it. The 2,3 express train at 125th Street is a 5 block walk from this location. Has anyone seen this one? Current facade photo by Ulysses

Although it isn't in the best area in Harlem, this is a nice looking house with a very reasonable asking price.
ReplyDeleteLooks lovely. Don't get too hung up on having to have precise interior details. Lost count of the number of people that nearly wet themselves because a bathroom has the original floor (even though it looks CRAP).
ReplyDeleteI lived in this place. It was a shell that was gutted to the beams in late 90's. Everything was new at that time. Its rental grade finished with some slightly nicer stuff in the garden unit, still a decent place if you like the neighborhood. Live in the garden unit while renting other 3, and eventually put stairs in and take over parlor unit.
