The new signs advertising the Apex condos at Aloft popped up about the same time Curbed made the announcement of their website yesterday. The 124 room sister franchise to the W Hotel chain was previously rumored to have 44 units available to purchase as condos but not much has been revealed until now. The website has no interior designs or prices at this point but the condo aspect of the new hotel seems to be a definite go. Read more on Curbed: LINK. Check out the Apex site: LINK.
On a side note, the opening date of Aloft has further shifted out two weeks from our last report. A reader tipped us off last week that August 5th was the new date listed on the Aloft website but now that has been changed to August 19th. See our past posts on the Aloft Hotel in Harlem: LINK. Really exciting news. Since going on the Mt. Morris tour and checking out the views from some of the high rise condos, I can appreciate an entirely different side to Harlem - the incredible views on offer across NYC. Harlem has great skies from the ground anyway, but for me, the Aloft Hotel and the proposed Hyatt on 125th will give visitors an unbeatable view of NYC (with great transport and without having to be in Brooklyn) and this is where these hotels can really garner a lot of business. The same goes for the condos. Love the look of the Aloft Hotel and look forward to seeing the condo interiors. Exciting times indeed.
ReplyDeleteHey
ReplyDeletePlease keep posting information about these condos. I am very interested in them. I have a company biased in France that does English trainings for French Business men and woman back home in USA. I really want a place in Harlem as my base.
Anyone out there who know the floor plans and prices let Ulysses know, so he can let us know !!
Ms Clara
ReplyDeleteJust go to their website.
I went to the website but they do not have information on the condos for sale. Unless I did not see it. The links I've seen for the hotel are great but I would like to know about the condos.
