☞ READ: Manhattan's Best Price Coop in Harlem?
The Real Deal reports on the cheapest units to hit the market recently and 1919 Madison Avenue made the list. The coop apartment at East 124th Street is asking for $200k for a one bedroom apartment in a low-rise, elevator building with doorman service that just happens to be along Marcus Garvey Park. Not bad considering what the other condos and houses are going for on this immediate block. The annual income cap is $92,160 for a single person or $107,520 max if three or more are buying into this apartment. Maintenance is $954 a month. Read more in the Real Deal article: LINK
