There's no mention of a certificate of non harassment so the asking price of $899K probably reflects that fact along with the amount of work needed to renovate the townhouse. This building is directly on Lenox Avenue's main boutique strip in the Mount Morris Park Historic District. One probably needs a good real estate lawyer to figure out all the paperwork for this one.
