☞ DWELL: 345 West 122nd Street Sold in May
The brownstone on the charming tree lined side street at 345 West 122nd Street went into contract in April and finally sold in May. The 15 foot wide, 3,360 square foot single-family home was up on the market back in late 2007 for $1.99 million and was reduced to $1.7 million in June of 2009. At the end of it all, the price that the house located between Manhattan Avenue and Morningside Avenue went for was $1.6 million. The backyard to this property just about faces the one that the Wall Street Journal editor is currently renovating and documenting: LINK. Facade photo by Ulysses
