☞ EAT: Bettolona Set To Open in Manhattanville
There was a lot of recent activity at the yet-to-be-open restaurant on Broadway, just north of LaSalle Street, and another sign literally appeared to announce its forthcoming arrival. The new awnings have been discretely concealed until this past weekend when then owners decided to partially have them rolled down and reveal the name Bettolona. This one is looking like the right blend of classic and modern so it will be interesting to see what they are about when they do open. There is another Italian restaurant on LaSalle called Pisticci, which is wildly popular with locals and Columbia students, so maybe the owner of the new eatery are trying to also see if they can expand on this market. Check out our past post on Pisticci: LINK
