☞ SEE: Artcrawl Harlem Summer 2010 a Success
As a reader pointed out this past weekend, ArtCrawl Harlem for Summer 2010 was a big success. The New York Daily News reports that 100 people showed up for the interactive, four hour trolley tour of Harlem's growing arts scene. Unlike other bus tours, participants where able to walk around for 30 minutes at each destination and viewed the current exhibits. Included was the requisite Studio Museum in Harlem, along with new institutions such as the Dwyer Cultural Center (photo) and Casa Frela Galleries. The final ArtCrawl for this year will be in November for those who missed out. Read more in the Daily News: LINK. Photo by Daniella Zalcman. www.ArtCrawlHarlem.com

I was at the ArtCrawl and had a great time. It was great to find out about all of these galleries that I didn't know existed. Along with the large meal at the end the tour was well worth the price of admission.
