Starting Friday, September 24th, Waiting for Superman opens in limited release: LINK

Saturday, September 25th at Morningside Park. While checking out the Morningside Farmers this weekend, bring the kids to the 14th Annual Common Ground Festival starting at noon.  Face painting, magicians, mimes, music, ponies and puppets!  Check out the Friends of Morningside Park site for details: LINK

Sunday, September 26th,  Comedy at Covo from 7:30-9:00pm.  The best local comics converge uptown at the Lounge at Covo at 12th Avenue and 135th Street in Manhattanville.  Half price drink specials all night and no cover.  Get direction and details at the Covo site: LINK

Saturday and Sunday, September 25th-26th will be the Historic House Festival in New York City.  Get free tours of some of the oldest houses in the city and also the Little Red Lighthouse.  Bike tours and other events.  Some RSVP required: LINK
