☞ DWELL: 230 West 136th Street Townhouse
It's been on and off the market for the past 3 years now and the new price is a big discount from the original $3.2 million asking. At $1.85 million, the 16.6 foot wide, technically 2-family, 3,300 square foot house looks like another one of those high end renovations where the taste level is equally elevated. The block located between ACP/7th and FDB/8th and is almost completely preserved with brownstones on either side of the street. Subways are an avenue and a half in either direction but the area is pretty much residential. Has anyone seen this property?
