Wednesday, October 6th, 6:00 PM-12:00 AM @ The Underground, 955 West End Ave. & 107th Street, $5 Cover. The first showcase of The Connection Networking event will feature some of the finest singer/songwriters on the scene and will be meeting at the southern border of Morningside Heights. Performances will be unique in that the 5 artists performing will perform one song each for 6 to 7 rounds, allowing for an opportunity for those in attendance, to experience new music from artists they may not have heard before. The showcase section of The Connection will feature music, film, comedy, short plays and poetry/spoken word. The rest of the evening will be a mixer for folks in the performing arts field.
