☞ INTRODUCING: Restaurant Grading in Harlem
When we went downtown to meet a few designer friends of ours this weekend for dinner, everyone was talking about all the restaurant grading that's been going on around the city. It now seems a lot of people really want to know the hygiene level of their eating establishment and these government appointed ratings are becoming just as important as a Zagat scores on the storefronts of each restaurant. This all started back in July of this year and the lowest an establishment can go is a "C" rating which seems to be as far as one can go before being shut down: LINK. Do folks really think these grades will affect where they choose to dine?
