☞ REMEMBER: Harlem's Century in Images
The Studio Museum in Harlem just released a new book through Rizzoli that documents some of uptown's great iconic moments. Harlem: A Century in Images is featured in this week's New York Magazine review and rare images such as Josephine Baker's comeback tour at the Roxy are featured: LINK. There's also Langston Hughes hanging out at his brownstone and Diana Ross back stage at the Apollo during the Supremes years. This one should be a popular gift for the holidays.
