The Balton at the corner of St. Nicholas Avenue and 127th has topped off recently and the brickwork on the facade is going up at a breakneck pace. As far as modern, affordable housing is concerned, this one is pretty contextual with its brickwork but still interesting since it has a corner tower to it (not just a solid wall). The top photo shows the vacant lot with two separate lone buildings which are now nicely connected to the newer structures facing the avenue.(lower photo).
