A little bit of positive news that was just received through our inbox has it that the new Parc Standard condo at 2101 FDB/8th Avenue (between 113th Street and 114th Street) has sold out after being on the market for just slightly under a year. Sales had launched for the 28-unit building during November 2009 when the market was at one of its lowest points but somehow the building managed to sell the majority of units within a decent average of $715 per square foot.
