☞ DWELL: 166 West 123rd Street Brownstone
The narrow 14 foot wide, legal 4-family brownstone at 166 West 123rd Street (just east of ACP/7th Avenue) has just been on the market for a couple of months and is currently asking for $1.6 million. Location wise, the townhouse is close enough to the Mount Morris Park Historic District, the south FDB/8th Avenue shopping corridor and the express trains at 125th Street. On the downside, the building is sandwiched between two shells and the interior looks pretty basic but in working condition (is that a purple mantle?). Has anyone looked at this one?
