☞ READ: Harlem Hospital Not Closing
Even though a modern $249 million, 150,000 square foot new building for Harlem Hospital has almost been completed at Lenox and West 136th Street, many rumors have been circulating about the local institution's possible demise. Gothamist mentioned this week that Harlem's historic hospital is just going through some major budget cuts and consolidations but will not implode like downtown's St. Vincent did this past year: LINK.
