☞ REVIVE: 11 West 119th Street Townhouse
Starting the renovations of a shell seems to take some time and we have been wondering about 11 West 119th Street since it was sold about a year ago for the price of $400K. The extremely narrow 14 foot wide townhouse was somehow set up as a 4-family building and we assumed the new owners would convert it to a different configuration but nothing has happened at the property in the past year. Checking on the DOB site, it turns out a permit request was filed this past September to renovate the building and change its Certificate of Occupancy. It looks like it took about 3 months to get it approved since the project was given the green light just last week. Do expediters move the process along more quickly than this?
