☞ REVIVE: 461 West 150th Facade Finishes
The site of the former carpenter house at 461 West 150th Street has had some construction slowly going up over the past year but now it looks like the new building is almost completed. Scaffolding was covering the building for the past couple of months and in recent weeks has been removed to reveal the new facade at this section of Hamilton Heights (just west of Convent Avenue). The new construction is apparently a 6-story, 12 unit condo building and more images can be found at the architect's site: LINK. We couldn't find any additional information on this development so if anyone has any more details, let us know. Check out our past post on more images of the original house that stood on this site: LINK

I'm glad the garage next door has retained its exterior and just looking at it one can tell that it once was a horse stable.
