We noticed that the sign seeking a tenant for the newly restored commercial space at 245 Lenox has gone down recently. This is the landmark brownstone just north of 122nd Street in the Mount Morris Park Historic District that had a full restoration of its facade in the past year and we were quite curious to the fact that the ground floor retail was made available so quickly:
LINK. There's a pretty shabby shell next door to the now pristine townhouse so we definitely thought it was going to take some time to rent out the space. Does anyone have any information on the lease situation here?
