☞ DWELL: 149 West 129th Street Brownstone
OPEN HOUSE: Sunday, February 6th, Noon-1:00 PM. The 16.6 foot wide, 3-family brownstone located at 149 West 129th Street (at center with green cornice) has been on and off the market in the past year and has returned with a bit of a price reduction. Originally asking for $1.495 million, the 3,200 square foot townhouse between Lenox and ACP/7th Avenue is now hoping to get around $1.2 million for a move-in ready home with very basic, renter-grade finishes. There's quite few fixed up homes on the block but a stalled condo conversion two doors down and a shell across the ways are a bit distracting. It's only 3 blocks away from 125th Street and the 2,3 express train so the location is fairly decent.

Seems like a fair enough asking. Could be a nice live-in/income producer and it could always be tarted up with some moulding, etc., to make it look less generic.
