☞ DWELL: 56 Hamilton Terrace Townhouse
OPEN HOUSE: Sunday, February 13th from 12:00-2:30 PM. The Hamilton Heights Historic District, 18 foot wide, single-family home (center building) roughly 142nd Street is still on the market after a year and has had a recent price chop. The total of 3,746 square feet, 4-bedrooms, three baths and seven working fireplaces was asking for $1.685 million initially but has just been reduced to $1.595 million. There's not that many dining or shopping options in this part of town, but the A,B,C,D express train at 145 Street is just over a five minute walk away and the blocks are truly some of the most breathtaking in Manhattan. The classic bath and fireplace is also something else along with all the restored woodwork.
