☞ INTRODUCING: Facade Completed at 229 Lenox
Scaffolding went up again at 229 Lenox (just north of 121st Street) a couple of weeks back but now it seems like all the front work has been finished at the landmark building in the Mount Morris Park Historic District. Plywood fences have also concealed the lower level of the distinct house with the dormers at roofline for almost the past two years and now everything looks like its ready to go. Original paperwork on file had a gallery space planned for the lower floor so it will be interesting to seen if one does open in the next few months. Click on images to enlarge.
