One of the landmark buildings on the Mount Morris Park Historic District's main strip has just gone into contract after being on the market since the middle of January. The 18 foot wide, 4-unit building with a storefront on the ground floor initially started out at the asking price of $1.575 million but went up to $1.65 million two weeks later. As of last week, a contract has been out on the building just south of 120th Street but the proposed closing price is yet to be revealed.
